The Head of the State has answered questions about the CSTO’s part in ensuring regional security, institutional development of the Organization and Kazakhstan's contribution to that process.
In the course of the interview Nursultan Nazarbayev has expressed his opinion on new challenges and threats to security in the region, and also said about collective measures to counteract them within the CSTO.
The President of Kazakhstan has also commented on the similarities between the CSTO and NATO, noting the differences in the nature and aims of creating these organizations.
