The Head of State has been briefed on Almaty’s socio-economic development, the progress in implementing his instructions given at the Cabinet’s extended session.
The President of Kazakhstan noted the paramount importance of improving the city’s infrastructure, strengthening public safety, developing the transport system, medicine and education, as well as active implementation of the “hearing state” concept.
Following the meeting, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has given Bakytzhan Sagintayev a number of specific instructions on preparation for the upcoming school year, provision of high-quality medical services to the people and solving urgent problems of the city.
