The two leaders discussed economic situation in Kazakhstan and Russia, along with the issues of cooperation within the EAEU framework.
Nursultan Nazarbayev and Vladimir Putin considered current state of the Russian-Ukrainian relations and further implementation of the Minsk agreements.
The sides also exchanged their opinions on the crisis in the Russian-Turkish relations. Vladimir Putin noted that the difficulties were instigated by the Turkish side, therefore the country should take steps to normalize the relations.
Nursultan Nazarbayev and Vladimir Putin reaffirmed that bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia will be based on trust and traditionally maintained good and friendly relations.
