During the conversation, the leaders exchanged views on the current situation on the world oil market and discussed actualization of the agreements reached following Nursultan Nazarbayev’s official visit to Saudi Arabia in October 2016.
The King of Saudi Arabia has noted that he pays special attention to the development of bilateral relations and intends to instruct Saudi companies to participate in the implementation of projects for oil and gas processing in Kazakhstan.
In addition, the King of Saudi Arabia congratulated the President of Kazakhstan on the successful holding in 2017 in Astana of the international exhibition EXPO-2017 and the first OIC Summit on Science and Technology.
The two leaders have also agreed to support the practice of exchanging mutual visits.
The conversation took place on the initiative of the Saudi side.
