As the President emphasized, the Republic of Kazakhstan attaches great importance to further deepening its comprehensive strategic partnership with the People's Republic of China.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that the diplomatic mission of Ambassador Han Chunlin comes at a very active period in the development of bilateral relations and confirmed Kazakhstan's readiness to give additional impetus to the entire spectrum of cooperation with China.
In turn, the Ambassador, conveying warm greetings and best wishes from the President of China, Xi Jinping, noted that much of the unprecedented level of development in the eternal strategic partnership between the two countries is due to the active political dialogue at the highest level. Han Chunlin assured Kassym-Jomart Tokayev that he would make every effort to maintain the high dynamics of relations and further strengthen the multifaceted Kazakhstan-China ties.
During the meeting, key issues on the bilateral agenda were discussed, including prospects for the development of trade-economic, investment, and cultural-humanitarian cooperation.
