The Head of State was briefed on the progress of reconstructing the town of Arys and infrastructure construction in Turkestan. In addition, the President was informed about current indicators of attracting foreign investment, development of integration processes as part of the Eurasian Economic Union, preparations for the Kazakhstan-Russia Forum of Interregional Cooperation to be held in Kokshetau in 2020.
The President instructed to ensure the effective fulfilment of the instructions given during the Cabinet’s extended meeting, as well as the timely and high-quality implementation of all restoration work in the town of Arys.
Following the meeting, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev gave Askar Mamin a number of specific instructions aimed at advancing the social and economic situation in the country.
