Askhat Aimagambetov reported on elaboration of the State Program for Education Development for 2020-2025.
The President expressed his proposals on the content of the new state program and the tasks that it should solve.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed the Minister to prepare regulatory documents regulating the procedure for appointing rectors of national universities on a competitive basis by decrees of Kazakhstan’s Cabinet.
