The telegram informs that the Head of State has received with great sadness the news of numerous victims as a result of explosions at Manchester Arena.
At present, the spread of terrorism is a common threat to all states. Kazakhstan harshly condemns all forms of manifestations of terrorism and extremism that threaten international security.
"Sharing the anguish of bereavement, on behalf of Kazakhstan’s nation and on my own behalf, I express my sincere condolences to the people of the United Kingdom, as well as to the families and friends of those who died as a result of the tragic events. I wish a speedy recovery to the injured," the telegram reads.
